Every element of our international removals service is designed to deliver complete customer satisfaction.
Your international move manager
Our customers liase with a dedicated Move Manager who has responsibility for managing the international move, providing assistance and support throughout the international moving process. The Move Manager is also the main interface with our corporate accounts. Our aim is to ensure our international moving customers remain focused on what is important to them and their company and that the move does not distract them from their business priorities.
Our international moving process
Our Business Process Management tool allows us to customise our service to the requirements of our corporate accounts by overlaying an account’s specific requirements onto standard moving process milestones. Our BPM tool holds these events and any critical dates attached to them, whilst setting tasks and reminders for our move managers.
Packing for an international move
The most important part of a successful international removal is the quality of packing provided in the origin country. All TEAM Allied crews undergo extensive training on a regular basis as new methods, materials and techniques are introduced. Our client feedback process contributes to the development of new materials designed specifically for international removals.
